Transfers are free up to 48 hours before doors open — open your registration confirmation and choose Transfer so your colleague gets a fresh badge and you keep the receipt. Refunds are available through the same cutoff minus a processing fee; after the badge is printed we can still reassign on-site at the registration desk but cannot refund.

The live schedule lives under Schedule in the event nav — filter by day, track, or speaker there. We freeze the published grid one week out; last-minute room swaps and speaker substitutions land as banner notices on the schedule page and in the morning brief email. Workshops stay waitlist-aware, so check your confirmation the night before.

The CFP closes six weeks before doors; decisions go out about two weeks later with a speaker kit if you are accepted.

Yes — the Virtual ticket streams keynotes and selected track sessions live, with a moderated chat and a shared expo booth corridor. Workshops and the Heart of Gold reception stay in-person only. Recordings of streamed sessions land in the attendee archive about two weeks after the event; virtual badge holders get the same archive access as General Admission.
